I hadn’t a clue what this song was about when I was a kid, I just love the shred of the guitar. Then turned into a Marilyn Mason reminder… Continue reading “Rock You Like A Hurricane” – Scorpions
There’s just something about this song that makes me feel like a badass rebel. Reminds me of hangs with my dad and driving the street of Phoenix, for whatever the hell we were doing that day. You can’t tell me you don’t blast this song every time you hear it.
Man, this song reminds me of a day trip I took to Corpus Cristi with my best friend. These guys opened up the show and we had no clue who they were, but they were a freaking blast! We were jumping the entire time and clapping and just losing ourselves in the music swaying with the crowd. It was one of the best moments in this life. It was like a movie montage, smiles and laughter, just a perfect scene.
A good song to drive to. The melody is promising, with a building bridge, and a throw-your-head-back and sing your heart out chorus. Very 90s grunge and everyone is okay with that. Anything to feel the nostalgia in time. Kick back and enjoy this tune.
I love, love, love this song! The lyrics speak for itself. Rock has this stigma of negativity and hate. When really it’s a meaningful caring genre. It’s there to help others up and helps a person create a strong version of themselves. Gemini Syndrome has been my saving grace over the years. Hopefully, they’ll become yours too. ❤ Welcome to Eternity!
This is a fun song, plus Maria Brink’s voice is a powerhouse. This video is near perfection, plus the chant in the beginning is great to get yourself up and moving.

Yes, I have a softer side and currently, this song really resonates with me. The trials of life and love happen with all of us.
In the beginning I hated this song, the intro was too mainstream-y-ish sounding but after a few spins, I fell in love with it. Basically, don’t give in, get off your ass and make that change, despite what anyone says. Rock your Thursday with this!
Came across this on OctaneXM, I’ve had it on repeat since. Probably 30-40 spins to this song. I think my mind was craving new music. My playlists were becoming stagnant. If you have a chance check these guys out, they’ve bumped up to my number one spot in my music library.
This morning I woke up singing this song. Last week Nothing More played this song and I remember I couldn’t get through the lyrics just from the fear of that emotion arising. We all know “Jenny” whether we know, knew, or we are “Jenny,” this song is sure to have a lasting impact.
